In seeing Biden over the years in both the House And Senate it was no secret of his lack or gasp of the big picture with regard to legislation and world affairs, as was said by others including Obama ” Joe Biden was simply wrong on dang near everything, often his words were other’s words, and for that he was caught…. which proves he had other options or plans on his mind… Fast forward that lack of ethics and self interest drove Joe and his band of grifter’s, and now that he is unable to communicate on any level.
